The 22510VIC Course in Identifying and Responding to Family Violence Risk provides an accredited training program and vocational outcomes for a person in universal services role to identify the presenting risk of family violence for universal service users and provide a response appropriate to the role of universal service professionals.

This course also provides the foundational understanding of family violence and risk needed for further levels of specialisation.

 

Designed for health, allied health, higher education, childcare, justice, sport and recreation organisations, faith-based institutions and community frontline workers in Australia, the Course in Identifying and Responding to Risk of Family Violence enables participants to recognise the signs of domestic and family violence, respond appropriately and refer to appropriate services.
